Terms of service
Last updated 26 October 2026.
pkmnchase is a free website for Pokémon TCG collectors: you can browse cards and prices, keep track of your collection, make lists of the cards you're chasing and scan cards with your device. By using pkmnchase you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your account
Browsing is open to everyone. To keep a collection or lists you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure. One account per person, and you must be old enough to use a Google account where you live.
What we store about you and why is described on the Cookies & privacy page.
Your content
The collection, lists, sightings and notes you add are yours. You give pkmnchase permission to store them and show them to you, which is all we use them for. You can edit or delete them at any time. Don't add anything unlawful, or anything that isn't yours to share.
Fair use
Please don't:
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or into parts of the site that aren't meant for you;
- overload the site, for example with automated requests or scraping;
- use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.
We may suspend or remove an account that does, to keep the site working for everyone else.
Card data and prices
Card data and images come from TCGdex, prices from Cardmarket and TCGplayer through TCGdex, and exchange rates from the European Central Bank. They are shown as they are, for information only: they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices are averages and estimates, not offers to buy or sell, and pkmnchase doesn't sell cards. Check with the seller before you buy.
The card scanner runs on your device and can mistake one card for another, so check its results before you rely on them.
Trademarks
pkmnchase is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, Niantic, Wizards of the Coast or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and all related names, characters and card images are trademarks and © of their respective owners, and are shown here only to identify the cards.
No warranty
pkmnchase is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own record of anything you can't afford to lose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from relying on its data, including prices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may change or stop features, and update these terms as the site grows. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. If you keep using pkmnchase after that, you accept the new terms. You can stop using the site at any time.
